A School for the Future

Involving our Students in Cross-Community and International Projects

In St. Joseph’s we prepare our students to be good citizens of tomorrow. Recently we participated with children in more than 100 countries in the “send my friend to school campaign.” The aim is to impress on government that education is the key to eradicating poverty and to hold them to promises to get all children into school.

Preparing our students for a technological future

At St. Joseph’s we recognise that we are living in the middle of a computer revolution and we offer our students a sound preparation for this technological age. We have excellent IT facilities and a new Technology and Design Suite consisting of 2 workshops and 2 planning rooms.

In recent years we have also built 5 state of the art Science laboratories.

Caring for others

Traditionally our students have been unstinting in their support of many good causes.

Each year they work in the Crossmaglen Committee for the Handicapped, and fundraise for Trocaire and St. Vincent de Paul. Students respond very generously to emergency situations that arise.
